These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to truehealingco.com (the "Site") and your purchase of products from True Healing Co. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.
Who we are
True Healing Co operates this Site and sells red and near-infrared light wellness wraps directly to consumers. You can reach us at support@truehealingco.com.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are listed in US dollars. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay; we do not add hidden fees.
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock limits. If we decline an order you have paid for, we will refund it in full.
- We try to keep product descriptions, specifications, and images accurate, but minor variations may occur.
Not a medical device
The True Healing wrap is a consumer wellness device intended for general comfort and at-home recovery support. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and statements about it have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Consult your physician before using red light therapy, especially if you have a diagnosed condition, an implant, hardware, or a pacemaker near the treatment area, are pregnant, or take medication that increases light sensitivity. Use the product only as directed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorization, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to True Healing Co or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Warranty
We warrant the wrap against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of delivery. If your device fails under normal use within that period, contact us and we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover damage from drops, water exposure beyond normal use, disassembly, or misuse.
Returns
Our 60-night home trial and return process are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Healing Co is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when. Continuing to use the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
