Refund Policy

Red light therapy isn't a one-session product, so we give you a full two months to decide. If the wrap isn't helping, send it back for a refund.
We want you to actually use the wrap before you judge it, which is why our trial is long. Here's how returns and refunds work, in plain terms.
The 60-night trial
You have 60 nights from the date your order is delivered to try the wrap at home. If you're not satisfied for any reason within that window, you're entitled to a refund of the product price. We genuinely encourage you to give it a few weeks of consistent use first, because most people who feel a difference do so over time rather than overnight.
How to start a return
- Email support@truehealingco.com with your order number and the email used at checkout.
- We'll reply with a prepaid return label and simple instructions, usually within one business day.
- Pack the wrap and its charging cable, attach the label, and drop it off with the carrier within 14 days of receiving the label.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit. We'll email you when the refund is sent.
What's covered
- Return shipping is on us for trial returns within the US — we provide the prepaid label.
- For two-packs, you can return one or both wraps; we'll refund the per-unit value of whatever you send back.
- The wrap does not need to be in original packaging. Normal use during your trial is expected and fine.
What isn't covered
- Returns requested after the 60-night window has closed.
- Devices that have been deliberately damaged, taken apart, or lost. We can't refund what we can't receive back.
Defective or damaged on arrival
If your wrap arrives damaged or stops working under normal use, that's a warranty matter, not a trial return — and it's covered for one year. Email us with a photo or short description and we'll repair or replace it at no cost. See our Terms of Service for warranty details.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Because we process orders quickly, email us as soon as possible at support@truehealingco.com if you need to cancel. If it has already shipped, simply use the 60-night trial to return it.
