We ship every True Healing order from our Syracuse, New York fulfillment partner. Here's exactly what to expect — costs, timing, and tracking — with no surprises at checkout.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order within the United States, single wraps and two-packs alike. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once your package ships.

Delivery windows are estimates from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and holidays.
Tracking your order
Your shipping email includes a tracking number and link. If it has been more than 3 business days since you ordered and you haven't received tracking, check your spam folder, then email us at support@truehealingco.com and we'll look into it.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct details; a re-shipment fee may apply for repeat returns.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with a photo if possible. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
International shipping
At this time we ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
